Although people from many backgrounds do eat a living food diet because of its amazing results, some still do not realize that it was the exact food originally designed for Mankind. This diet was the first diet given by God in Genesis 1:29, which says, "I have given you every herb(vegetables) that yields seed; to you it shall be for food. Also, to every beast of the earth, to every bird of the air, and to everything that creeps on the earth, IN WHICH THERE IS LIFE, I have given every green herb for food; and it was so."
IT IS IMPORTANT THAT THE FOOD THAT GOES INTO THE BODY BE LIVING AND RAW IN ORDER TO OBTAIN THE GREATEST HEALTH POSSIBLE, AVOIDING MOST SICKNESS AND DISEASE THAT PEOPLE EXPERIENCE TODAY.
Beverages: Alcohol, caffeinated and carbonated drinks, all artificial and sugar containing drinks, sport drinks, all juices containing preservatives, refined salt, sugar, and artificial sweeteners. (Refined sugars suppressed the immune system and prevents its ability to protect us from bad germs, viruses, and bad bacteria.)
Dairy: All milk, cheese, eggs, ice cream, whipped toppings, and non-dairy creamers. (Cow milk and cheese are the most dangerous foods we can eat, very mucuous forming, perfect for disease to grow.) [Read Dr. T. Colin Campbell's book "The China Study" for details]
Soy: Milk and other Soy products. Most soy should be avoided. Soy is high in estrogen. (The estrogen in soy formulas has been known to cause baby girls to develop breast buds as young as 2 years of age, and the age of puberty, which should be after age 15, is now as early as 8 to 10 years young. The growth hormones in animal flesh and dairy are also a contributing factor. This estrogen can be a contributing factor in all female cancers, and the high protein content of soy can actually feed cancer.
Fruit: Canned, processed sweetened fruit, along with non-organic and sulfured dried fruits.
Non-organic produce contains synthetic hormones and rocket fuel disguised in crop sprays.
Grains: Refined, bleached flour products, most cold breakfast cereals, and white rice. (Refined grains are devoid of fiber and is one of the leading causes of constipation.)
Meats: Beef, pork, fish, chicken, turkey, hamburgers, hot dogs, bacon, sausage, bologna, etc. (ALL cooked animal source foods are harmful to the body and are the cause of about 90% of all physical ailments of the human body. Eliminating animal source foods can practically eliminate any fear of ever experiencing a heart attack, stroke, cardiovascular problem, cancer, diabetes, osteoperosis, heartburn, gout, acid stomach, and on and on. Animal flesh is also void of fiber, and vital vitamins and minerals.)
Nuts and seeds: All roasted and processed salted seeds and nuts.
Oils: All lard, margarine, shortenings, and anything containing hydrogenated oils and trans fats.
Seasonings: Refined table salt and seasonings containing it. Refined table salt is almost pure sodium and chloride, a synthetically chemical, and is a leading cause of high blood pressure. (Celtic or natural, unrefined and unheated sea salt is a great choice.)
Soups: All canned, packaged, or creamed soups containing processed salt or dairy products.
Sweets: All desserts containing processed sugar, white or brown sugar, syrups, chocolate, artificial flavors and sweeteners. (Brown sugar is simply processed, bleached, white sugar with molasses added for color)
These sweets include most candy, gum, cookies, donuts, cakes, pies, chocolates, etc.
Vegetables: All canned, fried, and non-organic.
(Non-organic vegetables have been sprayed with chemicals that contain synthetic hormones and rocket fuel.)
Drugs: Though these are not considered foods, most are addictive, very destructive in the human body, & work against the way God created the body to work: alcohol, nicotine, marijuana, caffeine, cocaine, cigarettes, etc., along with OTC and all prescription drugs. (As with all recommendations, do not abruptly discontinue drugs without permission from a healthcare professional.)
