You will be better equipped to start your rawfood journey after this class. You will get hands on training with a variety of easy recipes and sample each one. Some of the recipes you will make are: Almond Milk, Sunflower Cream & Onion, Lettuce Wraps, Creamy Salad Dressing, Red Bell Pepper Soup & Dip, Fruit Smoothie, Sprouting Chickpeas for Hummus Varieties, Creamy Chocolate Pudding, Cacao Coconut Squares, Spinach Pesto Ribbon Pasta, Chocolate Cashew Milk, Cashew Cream Broccoli, Rawvioli's with Sundried Tomato Sauce, Taco Salad, Chedda Broccoli, Spaghetti & Seedsauce, Fruit Cream, Banana Split, Falafel, Cheezy Herb Loaf, Chili Patties, Vegan Sushi Rolls, Nutballs & Sundried Tomato Sauce, Banana Pancakes, Pepita Chips, Flatbread & Guacamole. You will learn some basics and gourmet of the Totally Rawsome Healthy Lifestyle and get a better understanding why its the best and safest way to wholeness.
This is a 4 hour class on Monday-Wednesday-Friday (dates below).
You do not have to do all 3 days in the same week. Cost is $499 for any 3 days. ($399-SUMMER BLOWOUT)
