LEARN HOW TO MAKE LASAGNA IN THE RAW AND HEALTHY WAY....a way that truly brings healthy ingredients in the body...nutrients that are still living and bring wellness.
This is one of my favorite recipes out of all warm rawfood recipes since I have been eating this way for 7 &1/2 years.
Making noodles from vegetables is easy, just a simple learning experience. We will make "meat" from seeds, adding flavor with seasonings. We will also make "cheese sauce" from seeds, a perfect addition to this dish. We will add a generous layer of spinach and sundried tomato sauce between all the layers of noodles to complete this perfection. At this time, it could be stored in refrigerator for a day until ready to dehydrate, or "cook" in the rawfood oven. The dehydrating process is done at 105 degrees for 3 hours or so. Serve warm, right out of the rawfood oven.
