I am excited to share God's wonderful creation of living and rawfoods to supercharge your physical body at the highest levels possible AND to share about how you can make these foods into amazing comfort food creations. We use a dehydrator as our rawfood oven to make foods "cooked". We make sure that we keep the temperature below 118 degrees, where all enzymes(life) that God put in food, vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients, fiber,etc. are kept in tact to meet all the vital necessities of the body. First. yams are combined with other ingredients in a food processor and then we dehydrate them to "cook" them. It is just being patient in food preparations to make sure all of the nutrients that God made perfect are in tact since some of these recipes take a little longer than in traditional food preparation methods. Please forgive me..This is all new for me...Those yams don't look raw...Don't misunderstand I'm sure they might be thus the name Totally Rawsome,but how do they look cooked???
