I'm a vegan (11 years) and have been a raw/vegan chef for about 8 years now. I recently moved to Louisiana in May to work with IBRRC as animal care supervisor at the oiled wildlife center. I decided to stay because I love it here so much. I want to start my own raw/vegan production company here, but wanted to see if your interested in working together at all and ''combining forces"?
Please contact me if you would like to talk. My email is Rawveganpatrick@gmail.com.
I also do raw food classes as well and am well known on the west coast for my amazing hard-to-believe-it's-actually-raw desserts.

we met u at whole foods, my husband is 43 and has cancer, we are really interested in how to actually start just doing raw foods, or is there a transition period. We only eat organic and are almost completely vegetarian, but we still cook and eat breads and rice.
I just read on Dr. Mercola's website that chewing gum sends a message to the brain that you are eating. The body then sends enzymes to digest your food, however, there is no food to digest. THis apparently taxes your pancreas and depleats your enzyme supply. What do you think?
I love this "Rawsome"! The next thing i am doing is showing it off to my friends/sisters-in-law who both eat very healthfully, macrobiotic. Thank you for cultivating your seed of an idea. I see it is mushrooming into awesome!
